printer problem.....the printer just ran out of ink...bought black ink and a pop up keeps saying missing coloured ink cartridge...now do i need a black and a colour ink cartridge to print? please reply back to ericedwards713@hotmail.com...

STuck paper

hi to all..i got a problem my printer show the "REmove the stuck paper sign" each time i try to print something instead there's no paper in it.i tried many ways such as try to remove any stuck object inside the roller but it just dont work..please help me ASAP.tq...
