world space receiver location Chelmsford Essex UK

My KHWS1 can now only get BBC world service. As world space are in financial trouble are the free to air channels being cut. On most of them I now get "no BC" but the signal strength level looks high 6 bars showing wanted to find out what is happening B4 I dive into the receiver to fix a fault it may not have...
