i was having trouble with my printer..i had to keep rebootin it. so a friend thought that we could remove all the ph photosmart stuff, and add the printer and then re-download all the ph photosmart software. which we should have been able to do. however, this is not the case. now the printer works very well, no snags, hit print and it works. but, cannot get the photosmart applications (toolbox and solution center, etc) downloaded again. and when we try.. it says that it now cannot find the hp device. help please.. ...
