Carburetor setting for Comet 250GT

I've unintentionally adjusted the carburetor adjust screw for COmet 250GT. As I read the manual, this adjust crew is factory setting and if adjusted improperly, It will cause a bad influence upon output of the engine as the two carburetor is disharmonious. I cannot send it to mechanic to check it but wondering if anybody know how many turns both of the screw I should turn for both of the carburetor. Assuming both of the adjust screw are fully closed previously. thanks...
