Set will not turn on.

I have a 33001 30” LCD receiver that is about 4 years old. When I try to turn it on it comes on for a few seconds and then shuts off and will not respond to any switch inputs. If I unplug it an wait an hour or so it will do it again. I have checked to power supply and it looks ok. The green LED is on and I can measure 12 volts on the output. Can this problem be fixed? ...
